And, I have another full weekend coming up. Our friend's little boy will be having his 3rd birthday, so we're heading over to their place for a BBQ in the sunshine. I've always thought that I'd like my birthday to be during the warmer months, just so we could have the choice to do something outdoors. There's more options, you know?

And the Watson's are coming! Our dear friends are coming north for the weekend and I'm hoping to get some quality time with my BFF, going shopping and hopefully, some girl talk. It's usually more difficult to really talk with the kids around, since they are still young and usually need our attention.

And for those of you who may be still looking for the RED t-shirts at the Gap, I saw a bunch of them up at the Metropolis location. A dear friend was recently commenting that she had scoured quite a few locations and came out empty-handed. So, there's my Shopping Alert for the day!

Hubby just called to say that Koko is headed for her next vet's appt. Poor pup is getting another shot. Ouch! But, she'll be able to play with other doggies soon. Our neighborhood has a LOT of dogs, and when you're out walking in the evenings, it's hard not to come across at least 4 or 5 other folks doing the same with their four-legged friends. So, Koko is so social that she will love being able to check out the other dudes in the 'hood.
