Complete exhaustion

Wow, it has been a busy couple of weeks. It's been great though.

To date, I have made close to 100 Mother's Day Cards, and 65 are sold. I just sent 25 over a high school in Surrey. They would have taken more to sell, but it was not humanly possible to make that many in the little time that I had this weekend.

Friday, I spent a fun evening with Gab. We went out for sushi, shopping, bowling, AND saw a movie, 300. We just packed in a lot that night!

Saturday, poor T woke up feeling absolutely sick. Nothing worse than a stomach virus, ick! So, I took the princess with me to do some errands before going out again with Ryan to his ball hockey game. Great game, but it ended in a tie, 3-3. Then, we raced home so that Ryan could clean up before heading out again for a team bonding night at the movies to see Spiderman 3. Good movie, I'd see it again.

Sunday started with another ball hockey game, followed by a race home to shower and change into dressier clothes for my niece and nephew's First Holy Communion. Quite a proud day for my sister and their dad. Followed by a huge celebration at Brenda's place with lots of food and catching up with some friends that I hadn't seen much over the last year. An hour at home to complete a few more cards, and then I delivered 25 to my SIL who will bring them over to the school she works at.

Then, today, I was able to have an impromptu dinner with Very Long Time (38yrs) friend, Jules and her hubby, Cal. And they added to my list of friends and family who are expecting a baby this year. Fabulous news, indeed. They will be great parents, and fun, too!

So, am I exhausted? Is my house a complete disaster? Yes to both, but it was all so much fun, that I wouldn't have it any other way. Well, maybe I'd rather not have the messy house, but, I'll live.

Time for some sleep! TTFN!
