Happy 8th Birthday Niece #1 !!!
I know that I'm a day late in posting this....bad aunt!
I'm really looking forward to this long weekend. We'll be celebrating niece #1's birthday with family, including my adorable niece #2, who will arrive on Saturday with my brother and his better half on Saturday. And I hope to get my winter-tired feet some pampering on Sat. morning.

The Mother's Day card fundraiser went so well. In fact, I had only expected to be writing a cheque for $50 to the BC Cancer Foundation, but I think that once I have all of the money from everyone, I should be writing one for almost $200!
Thanks to all of my friends that helped to spread the word about this little project of mine. And I've learned through this experience that I know some very generous people.
It is late at night, I haven't yet gotten my daily crafting fix, so, goodnight.
