That's about all I can think about these days. I even dream about it at night! I'm am definitely obsessed with papercrafts. And I have a few projects in mind that I can't wait to work on. One of them being the altered coffee cans. My kind parent-in-laws have already brought me about 6 of the Costco sized coffee cans. This will be fun, especially after I've been smelling hodge podge for a few hours, which smells just like glue! Good high ;)
Last night, we had a small birthday celebration for Tony. Then, he gets another cake on Saturday when we go to the out-laws for dinner. Lucky guy! My MIL makes THE best desserts and there is always enough for second helpings. I got him a gift card for a spa, so I hope that the modern guy in him will make use of it.
And I am counting down the days until registration begins for the Creating Keepsakes Convention - Seattle (the link is in pink) on Aug. 16th. I have never been to this and Lesleigh tells me it's a MUST. I am very excited about this and I know I will drive myself crazy while waiting for November to arrive. I plan to take as many classes as humanly possible. Especially now that I've seen the "celebrity" teachers.

And since I'm on the teacher topic. I have been slowly luring 2 more newbies into the world of papercrafting. A few co-workers expressed an interst in making their own greeting cards and well, of course, I offered to show them the way to enlightenment. I gave two mini lessons over lunch hours to Caro and am working out a date with Stella. It does give me a high when I see a "student" feel such pride in their creation.
So, the work day is almost over. I'm going to clean up my desk and blow this pop stand!
Ciao!
