It's Friday again and boy has this week flown by!
I spent most of my evenings working on this custom order and I just LOVE how it turned out. This week alone, I have made two mini-albums, so I'm very proud of myself. It's a good feeling of accomplishment.
I've decided to start taking orders for Christmas cards now. I have one small order from a coworker, and of course an order for myself. I'm still mulling over whether or not to do any craft fairs in Nov/Dec. I think I could definitely use them as a way to advertise and get my name out there. If you have any thoughts on this, please share. However, I already know that I won't be able to participate in the fair at Point Grey Secondary, and I've heard rave reviews about it. So, do I get into some smaller ones and work twice as hard? Or do I skip them altogether and just sell online and through referrals? I think I need to make a decision in the next 2 weeks, before the tables are all rented out.
And Ryan started the 2006/2007 hockey season already! He had his first ice time last night. He must have worked hard, since he came home and add 2 (!) portions of dinner, which almost NEVER happens. The boy was H-U-N-G-R-Y! Tony will be coaching Ryan again this year. He had been saying all summer that he wouldn't do this every year, but the itch to be close to this sport is just too much for him to ignore.
Here's a picture of our other hockey player!
I will have to post some pics of Ry in his gear when I get home later tonight. It's HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA!
So, have a good weekend friends!
